The rhizome needs to be planted 4- 6 inches deep.
Outside : Zones 8-11
It can be grown in a pot indoors in a sunroom like environment.
Leaves can grow up to 24 inches long and 8 inches wide.
The corolla is about 2 inches long and at the lowest point.
Fused into a tube with the 3-4 free lobes.

It will have some greenery as of May.
Tall bulbs will be trimmed down to be shipped do to height.
If the are trimmed down they will come back out.

Grows : 8 feet tall and up to 3 feet wide .
It grows in rich moist soil in full sun or mostly sunny area.
They come back yearly and produce pretty quickly.
They are easy to care for and the pollinators love them along with hummingbirds.
