This Iris has been identified from past generations in our family.
It is always the first to bloom in my gardens.

Plant in Organic Soil ; Sand, loam, well drained ; neutral, slightly alkaline.
If you plant in a pot make sure they have a well drained pot so they do not rot.
Space 12- 24 inches apart.
Keep moist until established then water when dry 1 1/2 inch into the soil. Do not over water !
Fertilization once a month during growing season.
